We are not your doctor: we can offer you a meal plan that follows the same rules we use for ourselves every day. This takes into account diet preferences, body type, lifestyle, and more. However these are guidelines to lead you to a healthier lifestyle, helping you achieve your goals. Combining our meal plan with a visit with your doctor can help you ensure you are getting the nutrients you need for your unique situation.
